By downloading or using FindMyFilm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

FindMyFilm is a human-curated film discovery service. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.

Subscriptions

FindMyFilm offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Cinephile Pro. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Apple Standard EULA

This app is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using FindMyFilm on an Apple device, you also agree to Apple's terms.

Film Submissions

Filmmakers may submit films for consideration via a one-time $25 evaluation fee. This fee covers the cost of personal review by our curation team. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the catalog. Fees are non-refundable once a submission has been reviewed.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and curation within FindMyFilm is the property of FindMyFilm and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

FindMyFilm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
